There is a direct relation between product knowledge, confidence and selling. Training on products increases ones understanding. When people understand a product and everything about it- they are more likely to sell it. Therefore, training improves one’s ability to sell thus increasing sales and income.

Our training is suitable for anyone who is involved with buying, selling, or consulting on lighting products. For example, lighting consultants, sales representatives, contractors, hardware and retail business owners / buyers, store managers, floor staff or any staff who assists consumers in the lighting section.

The training takes place virtually from our head office in Cape Town. Our trainers are qualified lighting specialists with several years of experience. You simply require a stable internet connection. One of our representatives will visit your store and set up their laptop for the training to take place. Having the representative available during the live training session allows you or your staff members to ask questions and for the representative to demonstrate how products operate immediately. The course takes place over 4 one-hour sessions, including an assessment. This ensures that the learning is not overwhelming, promotes a gentle increase in understanding and allows the floor staff to continue working thereafter.

Flash Understanding Lighting course consists of three sections that provide the learner with a basic understanding of lighting, moving on a gradient scale from Lighting Basics to Basic Lighting features and concluding with Project Lighting.

On completion of this course the learner will receive a Flash Certified Lighting Consultant badge and a certificate of completion. A store owner whose staff members complete the course will receive a certificate stating that the store is a Certified Flash Lighting Supplier
